Staying in a Japanese-Style Room with Open-Air Bath was an serene experience. The amazing views from the rooftop onsens, surrounded by snow-covered mountains, added to the tranquility of the stay. The views from our room were amazing, and the
Staff. The private onsen experience was lovely, especially during the snowy weather. It should be noted that the decor in our room showed signs of wear, which slightly affected the overall ambiance.

We were there for 1 night and felt would book again. Everything was 10/10, favourable location close to the snowy mountains and the bus stop and Shinhotaka Ropeway, nice staff. The room was beautiful, it included central heating, flat-screen television and a refrigerator. There was an exceptionally good view of the street.

The picturesque onsen experience was awesome. With five adult kids, we loved the outdoor bath and delicious meals that highlighted local flavors. One nice moment was enjoying the fine mountain views from our room's private onsen. It was lovely.
My kids wished for more English-speaking staff around.

The traditional Japanese room provided a serene atmosphere, improved with the indoor and open-air bath options. Highlights included the delicious local course meals and the amazing views, especially from the rooftop onsen. The hotel feels a bit remote, which may not suit everyone, and some areas of the room showed wear. The overall experience could be improved with more attentive service during peak times.
